We want you to love your ritual, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns on all eligible products within 90 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid USPS shipping label directly from the portal, or opt for a printerless QR code to use at a drop-off location.

  Pack Your Ritual

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the box is securely sealed and the shipping label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
